I wonder if Bill and Ardith Keef are even aware of the suffering they have caused countless people. Whole families have been harmed by their treachery, and harsh spiritual and emotional clubbing. In the Dobson family and the Kane immediate family alone there are 14 souls they have caused great harm through Ardith’s spiritual words of “wisdom.” Six of us are under 16 years old. Three little boys (brothers) have been separated by people with no wisdom. As to their their awareness, I hope they are not aware, as being aware and causing such abuse to His little ones would be 100 times worse! The abuse and loss has been painful, but in the end has only exposed the motives and fruit of the Anchor Church leaders ,and has increased our prayer lives, our love, and our devotion to Him. He has sustained us and we have all grown in our faith because of it.
Then there is the extended Kane family ,and the Keef family including Bills four children and four grandchildren who cannot associate with there own grandfather because of his and Ardith’s folly. This totals at least 9 more people not including the extended families, who have been harmed. These three affected families alone total 23 people. Do all the fine spiritual words in the world compensate for this sin against the Lords sheep? I think not! When you speak ill of them , even shunning them for no reason and praying for them to die, you speak ill of Him ! What you have done to them, you do to Him! You can’t love God ,and at the same time treat His dear ones this way! Every one of these people are important to God. How dare Ardith and Bill seperate and destroy the Lord’s heritage! They slap Him in the face ,and stick sharp objects into His eyes by doing these evil deeds, for His people are as the “apple (or pupil) of His eye.” Deut 32:10 Ps 17:8
God has allowed it for a reason, much like the abuses He allowed satan to bring on Job. We don’t know how long Job suffered, but we do know he stood the test in God’s eyes. Ardith always says, “Job wasn’t really patient.” Well, he was patient enough for God, because God understood his pain. His false friends were more like Ardith who would still criticize him even when he has been gone for 5,000 years, and after God Himself has honored him and brought him to glory!
In the end , Jobs false friends had to seek out Job and ask Job to pray for them because as God said to them, “My wrath is kindled against you and against your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me the thing that is right, as my servant Job has.” ”I will accept his prayer that I deal not with you after your folly in that you have not spoken of Me the thing that is right, as My servant Job has.” Job 42:7,8
You can open the book of Job almost anywhere where his false friends speak about God ,and Job’s circumstances , and find what sounds like the truth. I have even heard preachers use the passages as “gospel” ,but true and accurate as their words sounded, they didn’t please God. Instead their words brought out God’s wrath against them. Why do you suppose this was?
Friends, it isn’t simply ones getting the doctrines straight that pleases God, it’s about kindness, justice, love and compassion. These qualities are the very substance of who and what He is made of. God is Love. These were woefully omitted by Job’s friends. They waited a whole week to speak to Job. I’m sure they were thinking all about spiritual things to say to Job, trying to come up with the answer to his problems, even God’s answers, just as Ardith does in all her writings , but all their “righteous thoughts” and deep spiritual knowledge did not add up to His approval. You see, there was not Love, Mercy , Compassion, Justice, Kindness and without these nothing is gained for God, nothing is gained, period. 1Corinthians 13:2,3
The question is, “Are you aware?” Job’s friends obviously weren’t ,and their abuse finally came to an abrupt holt. Only when they humbled themselves and sought the prayers of their “friend” did God accept them. Only God Himself knows what it will take to bring some well needed awareness to the leaders of the Anchor Missionary Fellowship Church.
