“Love takes no account of an evil done to it.” 1Cor 13:5 How very true. God say’s so. However Love does take account to the evil done to others, and if one sees twisted abuses of God’s Word against innocent people, he or she has an obligation to stand up ,and do what is needed to help these people. If one sees his brother going in a way that is sinful he is obligated by the Word of God to warn him.
If one finds out he has been supporting something in the church that is wrong, hurtful, causing pain , heartache, and divisions to the Lord’s sheep, something has to be done on the part of the one who has even unknowingly participated. If that one cares about those who are doing the wrongs as well as those who have been wronged he cannot stand idly by and watch it continue. He lays down his life for his friends.
“There is no greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” Jesus said these words and He proved it by His actions. I don’t claim to be anything more than a wretch who was saved by Jesus Christ’s blood, and I speak for myself alone. I care about my friends, (yes I love them) enough to do whatever it takes to wake them up so that they are ready for the coming of the Lord. It is better to get into the Kingdom minus a leg or hand than not to get there at all.
Nothing is worth continuing on in deception. Nothing is worth leaving my friends in that condition. I threw my pride away long ago along with the need to be liked. I’m glad to appear to be a fool for the cause of Christ. If I lose everything I have it is worth whatever price I have to pay to try to reach Ardith and Bill Keef and the Anchor Church with the truth. Any of us can be deceived, I would hope a true friend who loved me would stand in the gap for me under the same circumstances. Jesus has put us here for one-another. We are His arms and legs, hands and voice.
Ardith and Bill Keef have a lawsuit against myself, my husband, and my son and son in law, for our web-site writings. Four of us are Christians, my husband is not. I speak again only for myself. I stand to lose a lot monetarily by the worlds standards, but nothing in comparison to the loss in heaven of not loving the brethren enough to do all I can even to laying down my life for them. It is nothing to me to be deprived of worldly goods and physical stuff. It is however of utmost importance to stand up for the Truth on behalf of my friends , and because of Unconditional Love. I am far more concerned about their day in Heavens Courtroom, than anything man can do to me here.
May the Lord release them from the demonic strongholds and the enemy’s grasp. satan’s deception is so very clever, crafty, and cunning , and his version of “truth” and “light” appears for all the world to be from God. ”If thine eye be evil, thy whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!” Matthew 6:22-23 If ones perception is off the mark the light he thinks he sees is really darkness. When one thinks himself in the Light when he is really in the darkness, how dark that darkness is!
If somehow a friend is given sight , all he can do is reach out to his brothers and try to help them also. This is Love. It matters not that he is hated, maligned, slandered, shunned and cast out as wicked for telling them the truth. “Love takes no account to an evil done to it.”
